What it is

An e-commerce store with an auction house inside it: products can be bought outright or bid on live, with buyer, seller and admin roles. Built and deployed as freelance work in 2023.

How it is built

MongoDB, Express, React and Node, with Socket.IO carrying the live bids so every bidder sees the same price at the same moment, and PayPal for checkout.
